FURNITURE SELECTION + PROCUREMENT

Have you found your dream home and are ready to furnish it with new furnishings? Maybe your kids are grown and you are ready to upgrade to a new level. Or perhaps you are ready to finally break ties with your college furniture. HOUSE + HABIT Interiors can help you find a solution at any budget.

As a part of this service, furnishings will be chosen based on your custom design preferences and budget, which will be assessed on or before your initial meeting. Furniture options and/or plans for your room(s) of choice will be selected and presented to you through a detailed powerpoint presentation. Pricing will be sourced seperately in an Excel document along with the current pricing at time of design. Many furnishings also have physical fabric samples available for order, which will also be explored throughout this process. Most projects need two to three rounds of a selections to obtain the perfect solution. If preferred, we can also accompany you to local furniture showrooms for a more tangible experience or advise you where to do some shopping on your own.
